• Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only, for AEPS)
• PAN number for KYC compliance
• Bank account details for money transfer services
• Shop details including address and business certificates
• Biometric data (processed locally, not stored)

• Transaction history and amounts
• Service usage data
• RTAI risk scores and compliance logs
• Device information and IP addresses

• To provide and improve our fintech services
• To process transactions and payments
• To comply with RBI, UIDAI and other regulatory requirements
• To detect and prevent fraud using RTAI technology
• To send transaction receipts and service notifications
• To verify your identity through eKYC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BankMe platform operated by PayPe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of India
• You must provide accurate KYC information
• You must have a valid Aadhaar and PAN for certain services

3. Services

BankMe provides the following financial services subject to regulatory approvals:

• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
• Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
• BBPS Bill Payments
• UPI Cash In and Cash Out
• Digital Wallet Services
• Travel and Ticket Booking
• Insurance and Investment Services
• PAN Card and Document Services

4. Transaction Limits

• DMT: Maximum ₹10,000 per transaction
• DMT Daily Limit: ₹25,000
• DMT Monthly Limit: ₹1,00,000
• AEPS: As per RBI guidelines
• Wallet: As per KYC level

5. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Providing false KYC information
• Unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Using services for illegal purposes
• Screen recording of transaction receipts

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as per RBI guidelines:

• Failed transactions: Auto-refund within 5 business days
• Disputed transactions: Reviewed within 7-10 business days

7. RTAI Compliance

All transactions are monitored by our RTAI (Regulatory Trustworthy AI) system. Transactions flagged as high-risk may be held for review. We reserve the right to decline transactions that violate RBI guidelines.

8. Liability

PayPe Technologies shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
